Damon Wojciechowski
President, Calamar Capital Services
Damon has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. For the last four years, he has run the capital-raising arm of the Calamar family of companies. Damon’s expertise in dealing with brokerage firms, banks, and large insurance companies brings a wide perspective of experience to steer the investment vision of Calamar Capital. As President, Damon is responsible for structuring the investment platform and overseeing the investor experience that the company depends on to expand its real estate portfolio. Early in his career, Damon advised many types of clients with Merrill Lynch and the securities and trust departments of M&T Bank. More recently, he has held the position of Vice President of the Buffalo Agency of MassMutual and Managing Principal of Sagemark Consulting/Lincoln Financial Advisors’ Northern New York offices. Damon is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and the Society for Financial Services Professionals. He is also an Active Director of the Buffalo Renaissance Foundation.
Kenneth M. Franasiak

Kenneth serves as the Founding Principal, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Calamar Enterprises, Inc. Ken has been at the helm of Calamar since 1990 and positioned Calamar as one of Western New York’s largest full-service real estate organizations, a true vertically integrated company with business divisions in development, property management, construction and financing. Kenneth organized and founded Calamar Enterprises, Inc. in 1994. In addition to his work with Calamar Enterprises, he serves on the Board of Directors of a number of community and business-related organizations Kenneth graduated from Radford University, Virginia with a B.A. in Business Management.
