Since 2016, CCS has raised over $80 million, with an additional $100 million committed to building and stabilizing active communities across the U.S. In 2022, a significant transaction involving 25 communities and a REIT managed by Welltower resulted in over $120 million returned to investors. Today, CCS has approximately $50 million invested, with over $100 million committed to replicating the successful 2022 active adult portfolio.

Focus Markets

Targeted investment and development efforts are concentrated in the Northeast and Midwest regions, where Calamar Capital is actively expanding its portfolio of active adult communities to meet growing demand.

An investment in the fund is speculative and involves a high degree of risk. Opportunities for withdrawal, redemption and transferability of interests are restricted, so investors may not have access to capital when it is needed. There is no secondary market for the interests, and none is expected to develop. The portfolio, which is under the sole authority of Calamar Capital Services, LLC, is primarily invested in real estate markets and this lack of diversification may result in higher risk.
